Separate terms for paid Plus subscriptions.

ClevTools Plus is a paid digital subscription that unlocks additional product features on ClevTools, including premium design themes, teams and team linking, extra Planner tabs, Planner cards linked to Calendar, and other Plus features shown before purchase.

Free accounts remain available with the limits shown on the website. A Plus subscription is optional and is only started when you choose a paid plan and approve the payment flow.

When offered, a Plus trial lasts 14 days and does not require a payment card. The trial does not automatically become a paid subscription.

After the trial ends, the account continues on the Free plan automatically unless you have actively chosen to buy Plus.

ClevTools Plus is currently offered as a monthly subscription at $4.99 per month or a yearly subscription at $49.90 per year. Prices are shown again before purchase.

Quarterly, half-yearly, and other subscription intervals are not currently offered. If new intervals are added later, the price and renewal interval will be shown before purchase.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the selected billing period until cancelled. The checkout or billing flow states the price, currency, billing interval, and that the payment is recurring before you approve the purchase.

Payments are processed by the payment provider shown in the checkout flow. ClevTools does not store full card details.

You can cancel a paid subscription from the billing area in your dashboard where available, or by contacting ClevTools support.

Cancelling stops future renewals. Unless otherwise stated in the billing area, your paid Plus access remains active until the end of the already paid billing period.

If the billing area allows you to change between monthly and yearly billing, the change is applied through the payment system and shown before the next charge is taken.

Any available interval change depends on the current subscription state and the payment provider.

If a renewal payment fails, ClevTools may notify you and retry or ask you to update your payment method. Access to paid features may be limited, paused, or returned to Free if payment cannot be completed.

You remain responsible for keeping your billing details usable while the subscription is active.

Consumers may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU and Danish consumer rules. For digital services supplied immediately, that right may be affected where the law allows it and where you have requested immediate access and acknowledged the consequence in the purchase flow.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support as soon as possible so the payment can be reviewed.

Nothing in these subscription terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
