Trading terms for ClevTools.

ClevTools is operated by Meglodon Music ApS, CVR DK43612212, Davids Alle 38B, 1. 2, 9000 Aalborg, Danmark.

These terms apply when you use ClevTools, create an account, use free tools, or buy access to paid features. Questions about these terms, billing, complaints, or statutory consumer rights can be sent to info@clevtools.com.

ClevTools provides browser-based digital tools, including planning, whiteboard, image, relighting, SEO, and related workflow features. Some features are free, while others may require a paid plan, account, or team access.

Access is delivered digitally through the website. The exact features, limits, price, billing interval, and any trial terms are shown before purchase or inside the billing flow.

When a Plus trial is offered at signup, it starts automatically with the duration shown during registration. No card or payment is required to start the trial.

When the trial ends, your account automatically continues on Free without a charge. Your existing boards are kept, and Free feature and creation limits apply. You do not need to cancel the trial to avoid payment.

A card is required only if you choose to buy a paid Plus subscription. A purchase during the trial ends the trial and starts the paid billing period immediately. Trials do not automatically become paid subscriptions.

Prices are shown in the checkout or billing area before you confirm a purchase. If VAT, taxes, payment fees, or currency handling apply, they are displayed or handled according to the payment flow and applicable law.

Separate subscription terms also apply to paid Plus plans, free trials, automatic renewal, cancellation, payment failures, and withdrawal rights.

Paid plans may renew automatically for the selected billing period unless cancelled before renewal. Payment processing is handled by the payment provider shown in the checkout or billing flow; ClevTools does not store full card details.

If a payment fails, access to paid features may be limited, paused, or downgraded until the issue is resolved.

You can cancel a paid subscription from the billing area where available, or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically delete your account or boards.

Consumers may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU and Danish consumer rules. For digital services or digital content supplied immediately, that right may be affected where the law allows it and where the user has requested immediate access and acknowledged the consequence in the purchase flow.

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

You remain responsible for files, images, boards, text, project content, and exports you upload, create, process, or share through ClevTools. You must have the rights needed to use that content.

You may not use ClevTools to upload, process, publish, or distribute illegal, abusive, infringing, fraudulent, malicious, or harmful material, or to interfere with the service, other users, or supporting infrastructure.

We may restrict access, remove content, or suspend accounts if the service is used for abuse, security attacks, fraud, repeated policy violations, or other harmful conduct.

ClevTools is developed continuously. Features, limits, names, designs, integrations, and availability may change as the product evolves.

We aim to keep the service useful and available, but uninterrupted uptime, permanent compatibility, or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. You should keep your own backups of important files, source material, and exported work.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, ClevTools and its operator are not liable for indirect loss, lost revenue, lost data, workflow interruption, or consequential loss arising from use of the service.

This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
