These terms explain how the public tools may be used, what stays your responsibility, and where the limits of the service sit.
ClevTools is provided for lawful use. You may use the public tools and product areas to create, convert, plan, or improve legitimate work, but you may not use the service to upload or distribute abusive, illegal, infringing, or malicious material.
You are responsible for making sure the content you upload, process, or share through the tools is content you have the right to use.
You remain responsible for the files, images, boards, and project content you upload or export. ClevTools helps process and display the material, but it does not transfer ownership to us.
Before publishing or distributing any exported asset, you should verify that the output is accurate, complete, and suitable for your intended use case.
ClevTools is provided on an as-available basis. Features may evolve, move, change, or be removed as the product develops.
We try to keep the tools available and useful, but uninterrupted access, permanent uptime, or future compatibility cannot be guaranteed.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, ClevTools and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, including lost revenue, lost files, or workflow interruptions.
You should keep your own source files, backups, and quality checks for important work.
We may restrict or remove access if the service is used for abuse, fraud, interference, repeated policy violations, or behavior that harms the product, its users, or supporting infrastructure.
Attempts to bypass technical controls, exploit the service, or misuse the site for spam or malicious automation are not permitted.
